Scope Of Work
Marlboro Development selected THS Constructors to deliver the new facility for Multi-Pack, a contract packer and manufacturer in the consumer, over-the-counter drug and medical device markets. The 125,000 facility in Greenville County, SC employs more than 300 workers. The facility houses a large production floor, business offices and conference areas, as well as lab space.
Partners on the project were GPN Architects, Thomas & Hutton, Carolina Engineering, Thomas Mechanical, and W.N. Kirkland.
