Medical Office Upfit
Overview:
St. Francis Millennium Medical Office Building, part of the Bon Secours St. Francis Health System, offers healthcare, outpatient rehabilitation, and laboratory services. They reached out to THS Constructors for help with the upfit of their new campus.
Scope of Work:
Renovation and expansion of the lobby and registration area
Installation of a high-load 13,200-volt switchgear that serves one 7.8 MW transformer and two 3.5 MW transformers
Addition of a lab and gym to the physical therapy suite
Modification of the space for endocrinology, internal medicine, and concierge functions
Success:
THS worked with DASCO, a national leader in the development, financing, and leasing of medical office buildings, in order to complete the project on schedule.
