Scope Of Work
THS Constructors was awarded the contract for the 43,400 SF Bastin Hall at The Citadel in Charleston, SC. The new facility, which will house The Tommy and Victoria Baker School of Business, will have 11 new classrooms, 7 break/work rooms, 3 work areas for students and faculty, 35 faculty offices, and advising center, innovation lab, large common areas, balcony on the second floor, a roof-top terrace, and two entry courtyard/event spaces.
Bastin Hall will enable the Baker School of Buisness to meet the needs of future entrepreneurs and business leaders by proving facilities that supplement academic coursework with practical and experiential learning.
THS broke ground on the project in March of 2019, and anticipate completion by summer of 2020.
