Complete tenant build-out of an existing empty structure located in a luxury, mixed-use facility in downtown Bellevue. While the project began with limited documentation and design information, the Redhawk team was instrumental in controlling the design process to ensure budget and schedule compliance throughout.
RESULT
Following comprehensive project planning on part of the Redhawk team to guarantee adherence to budget constraints, the Belcarra project was a success both in execution and results. The finishes in Belcarra are high-end, presenting a critically-acclaimed ambiance and experience for clientele.
