First & Foremost Design Inc. who is driven by perfection, with our main mission, to "take out the con in contracting" for years now. We have followed this approach from the experiences we encountered partnering with other contractors who were either not honest, lack of experience, or even the quality of workmanship doesn't meet our standards. To avoid additional challenges we decided to build a core foundation that is a one stop shop that provides all services in-house for both commercial and residential owners. We have all the resources from Project Managers, Architects, Carpenters, Skilled Masons, Electricians, Plumbers, Iron Workers to HVAC available at a minutes notice as well as services ranges from project management planning, painting and sheetrock to building a foundation.
The President/Founder/Partner has been in this industry for over 10 years and has the extensive knowledge of building infrastructure and materials needed for specific projects for specific sites. He has advised, consulted, as well as contracted for over 25 major commercial and residential locations and countless renovations as well as a respected businessmen in the Asian community.
