Scope Of Work
This project is the first phase of a multi-phase build-out of Instil Bio’s new lab and support space. The projects were intentionally phased to work around active operations in the building as new clinical trials are taking place. This 9,700-sf interior build-out included a tissue hub and a space for clinical research for cancer treatments. The scope of work included installation of all new rooftop equipment, HEPA filters, cold room, tissue hub, lab-grade medical gas and detection systems. This project was successfully completed on a fast-paced schedule to meet clinical trial deadlines. HITT is currently working on phases two, three, and four with an estimated completion date in 2022.
