Scope Of Work
This Solano County project includes the renovation of two airport buildings including the two-story main admin building and hangar building. Full interior and exterior renovation of these two buildings occurred while tenant occupied, and with minimal interruption to business.
Associated scopes of work include: Lobby, corridor, restroom, and office renovation; lighting, mechanical, plumbing and fire alarm upgrades; flooring, doors, windows, drywall, concrete, metal fabrication and elevator upgrades.
Additionally, numerous scopes of this project are design-build requiring us to retain an engineer to aid in the design and structural conformance of these elements.
