Scope Of Work
Anchor was awarded this design-build municipal contract to construct a landfill maintenance facility and scale house within an active landfill site footprint. The location is situated on a flood plain and required coordination with FEMA and the Army Corps of Engineers to gain development plan approval. Extensive soil stabilization was required for long term viability of building and site. The maintenance shop features two overhead cranes for heavy mechanical repairs.
