Scope Of Work
Anchor Construction designed and built the first certified ready-mix plant in North America located in Dallas, Texas. Anchor's design team worked with the client and The City of Dallas to envision and construct a state-of-the-art ready-mix plant on a narrow 10 acre site while overcoming a challenging 25 ft elevation change. This project also included incorporating a railroad siding for client supply deliveries.
