Scope Of Work
This project included complete design utilizing Anchor’s in-house staff. These s included full design and engineering of site stormwater improvements; mechanical, electrical, plumbing design; architectural design; meeting presentations and variance approvals. Early in the process, Anchor recognized an opportunity to apply for a variance to reduce exterior façade requirements. Upon presenting and obtaining approval, Anchor realized a savings to the client of nearly $300,000.
