Scope Of Work
Anchor designed this 240,000 sq. ft. event center featuring a 3,600 seat arena, 100,000 square foot trade show area and 75,000 square foot staging area. This 24 acre site includes 858 parking spaces and significant planning for storm water drainage. Anchor also completed a traffic flow analysis for compliance with municipal requirements.
