Scope Of Work
In 2016, Anchor Contruction designed and built a 38,300 SF multipurpose building in Elkhart, IN with 11,000 SF of mezzanine. This building serves as a call center, R&D office, prototype build center, show prep and setup area, as well as packaging and shipping. Anchor designed and built an 18’ X 18’ cargo lift with a 5,000 pound capacity to convey R&D material to the mezzanine work area. This building was not only designed to facilitate a substantial elevation change from end to end, but the building was conformed to preserve the home of a World War 2 who is a 60 year resident of this neighborhood.
