Scope Of Work
This ground-up project was on a 46 acre parcel with a 20 acre building site including 240,000 sq. ft. under roof with a future expansion potential of 121,000 sq. ft. This project includes a 50 ft. tall, 35,500 sq. ft. Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) with 6 crane aisles and 116,000 tote locations. The facility also has 26 truck docks and parking spaces for 342 cars. The build site is bordered on 3 sides by protected forest and required our engineers and architects to adjust for a 20 ft. grade elevation change across the project without the use of retaining walls.
