Scope Of Work
This 269,000 sq. ft. warehouse sits on a 34 acre building site and inludes a 2 story office structure and 15,000 sq. ft. mezzanine area. A massive 240,000 sq. ft. truck court serves 22 truck docks to support distribution and shipping activities. This project features tilt wall construction with fiber reinforced and insulated concrete walls. The entire building is heated and cooled for year round comfort.
