T. A. Fairhurst & Associates was established in 1975 principally as a design and planning firm.  In 1980, the company fully integrated design with construction to provide our clients with a comprehensive design, build, and total project management experience. Based in Tyler, Texas, we have assembled relationships with experienced craftsmen and suppliers throughout the northeast Texas area.  We take pride in our ability to bring together the precise talents needed to complete every true custom job.

T. A. Fairhurst, president and owner, is a Certified Professional Building Designer.  He is also a member of the Texas and American Institute of Building Design.  With over 30 years of residential and commercial design build experience, a wealth of master planned projects exist. This includes a diverse list of “One-of-a-kind” custom homes, medical facilities, offices, churches, ranches and retail establishments.
