Russ has been with CCS five months, working with our projects managers and superintendents to facilitate work. Russ heads the estimating and negotiating of all bids and projects. He has thirty years of experience in the civil industry as an estimator, superintendent, and operations manager. His work has been public works, wetlands, housing development, golf courses, athletic fields, public parks/trails, crude unloading, rail projects, and commercial landscaping.

Kyle has worked with CCS for one year as our Chief Financial Officer, managing the company’s cash flow to meet our long term growth goals. He has a BS in Accounting, an AAS in Accounting, a certificate in project management, as well as an upward of ten years in business managment and tax planning.

Matt has worked with CCS for six months managing projects, estimating and assisting superintendents and the foremen with their everyday operations. Matt has twenty years experience in construction from residential and commercial, to major infrastructures.

Ryan has worked with CCS for one and a half years over seeing daily operations, as well as directly managing project budgets, schedules and manpower. Ryan has twenty-three years of construction industry experience and has done work such as residential, industrial, commercial, and civil construction. He has extensive safety training which has been a great attribute to the work he does.
