Complete Exterior Renovation: Complete exterior renovation, including: structural repairs, demo, new framing at additions, add rigid insulation & Tyvek at exterior wall areas, replace some windows & sliding glass door units, install new exterior trim and Smart Panel siding material, insulate building additions, install windows at additions, modify exterior electrical, replace all membrane roofs and decks, add traffic pavers to decks, install pre-finished metal flashing, paint the exterior of all buildings, build 21 new 8 foot tall stone columns using real moss rock, apply stone veneer at some exterior wall areas, install new powder coated aluminum guardrail.
