Scope Of Work
VCC redeveloped this 82,150 SF historical building in Downtown Little Rock into the AC Hotel with 114 rooms. Our work generally consisted of restoring historical aspects of the project and reconfiguring floors for hotel use. Ground level is the hotel lobby with kitchen and adjacent area to be shell space for future tenants. Rooms have LVT/ceramic tile floors with high end tile shower and glass enclosure. There is also a fitness room and meeting rooms.
