Scope Of Work
This new construction mixed-use project in Atlanta was completed for Fuqua Development. Our team demolished existing warehouses on the site and completed construction on the AMC theater, Publix Grocery and 5 retail buildings. A precast parking garage was completed under the Publix Grocery store, and a 4-level precast parking garage adjacent to the AMC theater. Our team also completed pad turnover for future multi-family.
