Scope Of Work
PJ Dick is providing General Contracting services for Avonworth Primary Care Center, a new K-2 grade school for Avonworth School District. The 84,000 sf building is expected to be completed in April 2014. The school features classrooms, gymnasium/auditorium, cafeteria, library and outdoor rubber surfaced playground.
Extensive site work was required as the site for the new school was 70 feet lower than the old school. There are four water management systems, five segmented retaining walls and one 650-foot soil mill wall. PJ Dick self performed concrete and rough carpentry for the project.
