Scope Of Work
PJ Dick was awarded Design-Build services for the $9 million Fuhrer Wholesale Warehouse Expansion project located in the South Side of Pittsburgh. The 100,000 sf refrigerated storage facility addition, designed by GMA Design Group out of St. Louis, Missouri, began preconstruction May 1, 2009 and was completed at the close of 2009.
