Scope Of Work
PJ Dick was hired to provide Agency Construction Management services to West Mifflin Area School District for a new middle school and multiple sports fields built on existing high school campus property. PJ Dick scheduled and coordinated the work around on-going high school classes and activities. The new middle school is a 177,203 sf, two-story steel structure with brick facade and standard built-up roofing. The main entrance is identified by a barrel standing seam metal roof. Building features include an auditorium, gymnasium, cafeteria, and classrooms.
