Scope Of Work
PJ Dick is providing General Construction services for a new 5-story classroom/laboratory building and a 1-story addition on the north side of the existing South Agricultural Science Building for West Virginia University.
The building will hold classrooms, lecture halls, research laboratories, and design studios.
The project includes site development including entrance driveways, hardscapes and landscaping for the building site.
