Tim Debord's Bio
Tim Debord is a founding member of Premier Amusement Developers, LLC and is responsible for the on-site construction management for all of the company's miniature golf, go-kart track, batting cage, bumper boat ponds, and family fun center design and construction projects. Tim manages all of the construction crews and oversees all of the company's day-to-day construction activities, including the ongoing progress of each individual project.
Mr. Debord's responsibilities also include estimating each project's construction costs and finding the best value for each and every Premier customer.
Mr. Debord formed Debord Enterprises with the development and construction of Rock Spring Fun Park in 1996. The Fun Park had a miniature golf course, go-kart track, batting cages and a 2,500 square foot building with video games and food concessions. Mr. Debord managed the Fun Park's day-to-day operations and was responsible for P&L related activities.
In 1999, Mr. Debord started building go-kart tracks and batting cages for customers throughout the United States.
Prior to Debord Enterprises, Mr. Debord owned a successful publishing company for 5 years.

Tony Hunnicutt's Bio
Tony Hunnicutt is a founding member of Premier Amusement Developers, LLC. Since its inception, Mr. Hunnicutt has been instrumental in the marketing and sales for Premier. His knowledge of the amusement industry and of manufacturers and construction companies in the industry has led to an easy transition in successful start-up and ongoing operations of Premier Amusement Developers.
Prior to forming Premier, Tony was a Senior Account Executive with a leading miniature golf course builder, developing new opportunities for the company in municipal and international markets.
Tony was personally involved with all aspects of the customers' projects and traveled to consult and educate prospective entrepreneurs on the financial benefits of a miniature golf course business. On many occasions, he assisted these future business owners with presentations at zoning hearings and related meetings. He also performed a vital role as a Project Manager in several complex municipal construction projects throughout the country.
Mr. Hunnicutt started his career in the family entertainment center industry with a large manufacturer of commercial go-karts, baseball and softball pitching machines, bumper boats, paintball fields, and related components.
During his tenure he was promoted from Sales Representative to Sales Manager and then to the position of Vice President. Tony greatly assisted the company by increasing sales and expanding their product offerings. Tony designed and developed multiple product and accessory catalogs for the purpose of providing high quality equipment and accessories to family entertainment center owners and operators towards helping them achieve more efficient and more profitable operations.
Tony Hunnicutt holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Tennessee. He is also an Eagle Scout and is involved with volunteering in local community organizations.
