Scope Of Work
The Adelicia is an 18-story, 506,000 sq ft community located in the quiet, prestigious, and centrally located neighborhood nestled between Music Row and Vanderbilt University. The tower contains 186 luxury condominiums, from brownstone-inspired townhouses on the ground level to large penthouse suites with custom designs and finishes on the seventeenth and eighteenth floors. The tower also includes 11,700 sq ft of office and retail space.
The tower exterior is constructed with traditional, earth-toned materials such as brick, concrete, toned glass, and steel. The post-modern structure also employs brick and limestone on the facades of the ground-level townhouses.
The amenity deck on the sixth floor offers an Olympic-size lap pool and an outdoor fire pit. The indoor amenity area includes a 3,000 sq ft fitness area and yoga/pilates rooms. Five levels of parking below the tower provide 328 parking spaces.
