Scope Of Work
Rising 25 stories above Atlanta’s Piedmont Park, Azure on the Park features 329 luxury apartments and high-end amenities: a fitness center and yoga studio, a dog run and grooming area, and outdoor amenity spaces on three floors. Residents also enjoy an acrylic edge rooftop pool, which is cantilevered off the edge of the 23rd floor overlooking Piedmont Park. The building’s main concrete frame structure is adjacent to a five-level wood-framed structure and a seven-level precast parking deck.
