Located in West Nashville, the Station 40 at Sylvan Heights mixed-use development totals 298,700 sq ft and includes three buildings on a 7.5-acre site. The largest structure is a four-story, 262,000 sq ft wood-framed apartment building containing 246 units, a swimming pool, an amenity area, and a parking garage. Facing Charlotte Pike is a single-story, 5,700 sq ft commercial building and a two-story, 31,000 sq ft, wood-framed mixed-use building that includes street-level retail and 16 apartments on the second floor.
