Scope Of Work

Located in downtown Orlando, The Sevens Apartments is a 612,959 sq ft apartment complex consisting of a nine-story, 365,993 sq ft apartment building with 333 units, and an attached eight-level, 246,966 sq ft precast parking garage. The first floor features approximately 8,000 sq ft of retail space, a clubhouse, and the leasing office. The top floor—featuring a sky lounge, exercise space, and community room—connects to the top level of the parking garage, which includes an outdoor pool and a deck that is accessible from the sky lounge.
