Scope Of Work
The Taube Pavillion and Scrivner Center for Mental Health & Addiction Services project is a new, two-story, 52,000 s.f. OSHPD facility that has replaced the existing Behavioral Health Building on the El Camino Health Campus. The state-of-the-art facility offers 36 patient rooms and services to both inpatient and outpatient members. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification. In addition to constructing the new facility, the project scope also included partial demolition of the existing Behavioral Health Center to accommodate the footprint of the new center and upgrades to the campus’s Central Utility Plant.
