Scope Of Work
A phased 310,000 s.f. three-building tenant improvement project for HP’s PSG group including finish upgrades, the remodel of common/lobby areas, a cafeteria and server rooms, and minor modifications of existing mechanical ducting/distribution and the enhancement of existing light systems.
In addition, a 60,000 s.f. tenant improvement project was completed for the WebOS group in an adjacent building.
Project Highlight
Both project phases were completed in an expedited seven-month schedule to meet HP’s needs and move the user groups in on time.
