Scope Of Work
CAMPUS PLAZA IRVINE was a 10,000 SF redevelopment of the site work surrounding 12 continually operating dining establishments. This project included building (4) new large custom steel lighted trellis, transformation of a parking area into a park-like sitting area with artificial grass, (6) new mature trees, new custom wood benches, concrete benches, and a new masonry fireplace feature. Elevated black locust wood decking, new brick paver walkways, and a newly built parking lot behind the stores were also a part of this project.
