Harry Moses Jr., founder, received an Engineering Degree from Georgia Tech. After graduation, he worked with a construction firm for four years, gaining the needed experience to establish his own company in 1974. The business was incorporated in the State of Georgia in November 1974. A second generation of management acquired the company June 30th 2003.

The offices were first located at 210 SE Main Street in Vidalia. The office was relocated in 1989 to a new building in the Montgomery County Industrial Park. Our physical location remains at 1909 Commerce Drive, Vidalia.

We are a Butler Career builder. The company has received numerous awards from Butler Manufacturing, including High Performance Builder and Million Dollar Builder for many years. We received Builder of the Year for the Southeast Region in 1983 and 1994. Harry Moses, Jr. was presented with the Falcon Club Award for his membership on the Butler Buildings Division Advisory Council. We have enjoyed a good relationship with Butler Buildings and are proud of our association and commitment to quality construction.

Registered, professional engineers design all of our buildings for the appropriate codes and loads. We regularly work with local engineering and architectural firms to design the best possible project suitable for our clients. These professional relationships have enhanced our ability to deliver customer satisfaction.

Approximately 90% of our work is Butler work, or work for repeat customers. We build only commercial and industrial facilities. We are able to build turnkey projects or deliver Butler material sales only, although we prefer turnkey projects. We will bid on the owner’s plans and specifications or make a proposal complete with our own drawings and renderings to fit the project parameters. We are able to “fast track” a job when time is critical.
