Scope Of Work
Ground up a 100,000 square foot elementary school for Clark County School District. consisted colored, split face CMU, color glazed blocks, EIFS, colored metal panels, structural steel & joist, single ply roofing system a fully functional elevator for 2-story buildings. Interior included full mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life systems, lighting , intrusion detection system, audio/visual system, public address system, video surveillance system. included underground utilities, asphalt paved parking lot & playground , landscaping, concrete courtyard & sidewalks, playground equipment, metal & fabric structures over playground equipment, Nevada , century link south west gas onsite .
