Donald Frankel's Bio
As President and Chief Growth Officer of SEAM Group, formerly Predictive Service, Mr. Frankel is responsible for developing the company's overall business strategy and the development of strategic and business relationships.
Mr. Frankel's 18 years of hands-on experience in the electrical and communication industries serve him well in his role as President and CEO of Predictive Service. Mr. Frankel has led Predictive Service to be one of the fastest growing companies in the country. Predictive Service was named to the Inc. 5000 for the last eight years in a row.
Previously, Mr. Frankel was President of Encompass - Cleveland from 1999 through 2001. Prior to this, Mr. Frankel was President and CEO of El-O Electric Company and Executive Vice President of Pro Net Communications Company for 15 years. Don led the sale of both companies to Group Maintenance of America, a publicly traded company with $1.5 billion in annual sales.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Frankel graduated from Ohio State University, where he received a bachelor's degree in marketing with a minor in labor management. Mr. Frankel is also a graduate of the Encompass Leadership Institute, a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and a 2007 E&Y Regional Finalist for Entrepreneur of the year.
Ed Burkhart's Bio
Mr. Burkhart has extensive experience in building and scaling service and technology businesses. Mr. Burkhart joined SEAM Group, formerly Predictive Service from P.M. Properties Enterprises LLC where he served as Executive Vice President, a leading international construction and facilities services firm serving the retail and allied markets.
During his tenure with P.M. Properties, Mr. Burkhart was instrumental in developing significant value added manufacturer relationships, proprietary technology and a boutique service approach leading to triple-digit sales growth. The Company was named to the 2011 Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the country, ranked at number 27 in the Construction Category. Under his leadership, P.M. Properties was also honored by the Boston Business Journal with the 2011 BBJ Pacesetters Award and was a 2011 Forbes finalist for America's Most Promising Companies Award.

Mr. Burkhart earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Norwich University, pursued graduate studies at Harvard University and is licensed as an unrestricted construction supervisor by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He was also a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force and received an appointment to the Board of Trustees of Medfield State Hospital by the governor of Massachusetts.
John Harman's Bio
As Chief Digital Officer, John Harman's diverse business background in banking, financial services, chain retailing and contracting is a true asset for SEAM Group. Mr. Harman's primary role within SEAM Group is to manage operations, information technology, and administration, and to develop strategies and structures for the organization as it continues to grow its products and services in the predictive maintenance industry.
Prior to joining SEAM Group, formerly Predictive Service, Mr. Harman served as Regional President of the $300-million Northeast Region for Encompass Services, a national, publicly traded, facility services company, from 2000 through 2002. This position provided experiences in operations management of the mechanical and electrical contracting industry as well as experiences in integration and control of multi-location, multi-profit center businesses. During his tenure with Encompass, and its predecessor, Group Maintenance America Corporation, Mr. Harman served in several other roles including acquisition due diligence, operational finance, and operations management. Mr. Harman played an instrumental role in developing systems of operational control during a rapid acquisition cycle from 1997 to 2000 in which the company grew from $350 million to $2 billion in annual revenues.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Harman held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Marvin's Building Materials, a $100 million revenue regional home center chain based in Birmingham, AL. While in this position, Mr. Harman developed various strategic and tactical plans for areas in finance and information technology, including implementing inventory and accounting policies, developing enterprise-wide information technology advancements for store automation and workflow management.
Mr. Harman earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Florida State University with an emphasis in entrepreneurial studies, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
Joseph B. Pitman's Bio
As Joseph B. Pitman is the president of SEAM Group EAM, formerly Predictive Service EAM, LLC and joined the company in April 2015. Joe has been assisting companies with their approach to enterprise asset management since being honorably discharged from the army in 1992. Over the past 23 years he has overseen the implementation of hundreds of highly successful EAM and reliability efforts. He possesses real-world, hands-on, practical experience. Joe is routinely called upon to speak at seminars and other EAM events, and as the president of SEAM Group EAM, he continues to assist his customers with developing real world solutions for asset management. Joe holds an associate’s degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management.
Mike Vea's Bio
As the CEO of SEAM Group, Mr. Vea is responsible of all facets of the business. Mr. Vea has held a number of high senior management positions over the past twenty years. He has led Lewellyn Technology to have the largest success and has been named America’s Fastest Growing Company to the Inc. 5000 four times over the last 6 years under his leadership
Previously, Mr. Vea was the director at INvestED, a non-profit organization that provides financial advice to students and parents for college funding. The prestigious position as Director is appointed only by Governor on Indiana. Prior to his directorship, Mr. Vea gathered experience as a CEO, Board Member, and Business Advisor to service businesses in financial services, education, and healthcare.
Mr. Vea graduated from Indiana University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance and was the President of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Mr. Vea also continued on to DePaul University to complete his MBA in tax and finance.

Ralph M. DeLisio's Bio
As Executive Vice President of SEAM Group, formerly Predictive Service, Mr. DeLisio is responsible for creating and maintaining a unified sales strategy across all business units on a global basis.
Mr. DeLisio has over 25 years of Domestic and International Business Management and Sales experience in Manufacturing & Service Development. Prior to joining Predictive Service, he served as Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Petrotech, Inc., a leading worldwide company with expertise in Turbo-machinery Controls. During his 20 year tenure at Rockwell Automation, Mr. DeLisio had varying degrees of responsibilities that included General Manager of Entek IRD, where he integrated the Vibration Analysis Company into Rockwell Automation’s service organization. In that role he increased overall business revenue by 122% while converting losses of $250K per month into a profitable business. As Country Director of China, his responsibilities included operating plan and sales growth for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China for software, services, and engineering business. During that time he was able to sustain growth of revenue by 30% and profit by 33% year-over-year.
Mr. DeLisio has led numerous sales organizations in the oil & gas, automotive, metals, and industrial service industries. In each of those industries he created growth and customer-centric organizations. He is an Ohio native with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Californian State University at Long Beach.
Robert D. MacArthur's Bio
As Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Mr. MacArthur's responsibilities include developing overall business relationships with key accounts and strategic initiatives for business growth.
Prior to joining SEAM Group, formerly Predictive Services, MacArthur was a senior executive with ABS Group serving as Vice President Asset Optimization Services and later as Senior Vice President for the ABS Group Offshore Oil & Gas division.
Mr. MacArthur was a founding partner of GenesisSolutions, a recognized global leader in maintenance and asset management services which provided technology, engineering, and process improvement services to hundreds of industrial companies related to Enterprise Asset Management and Reliability. GenesisSolutions was acquired by ABS Group in 2012.
Prior to starting Genesis Solutions, Mr. MacArthur was Director of Professional Services for MRO Software and served a number of years in this capacity with responsibility for the Americas, Middle East, Africa, and Australia. Before joining MRO Software, MacArthur was an Engagement Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick and an active duty Engineering Officer in the United States Navy.
Mr. MacArthur is a recognized expert in the fields of enterprise asset management strategy, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, Reliability Engineering and Maintenance, and Maintenance Key Performance Indicators.
MacArthur holds an engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. In addition, Mr. MacArthur is a licensed engineer with the State of Maryland and retired as a Commander in the United States Naval Reserve overseeing the repair, refueling, and maintenance of US Navy nuclear submarines.

As Director of Electrical Safety Services at SEAM Group, Jay is the (SME) for our Electrical Safety Services Division with a focus on assisting our clients and internal safety teams for arc flash assessments and lockout-tagout services. For the past 18 years at Lewellyn Technology, Jay worked with thousands of clients to improve workplace safety and performance by implementing industry standards for electrical safety. Jay is known nationally for his expertise with arc flash and NFPA 70E and is annually invited to speak at numerous national conferences and corporate safety summits. You can find Jay featured in several publications, webinars, and articles on our website and he is always available to speak with you regarding electrical safety at your facility.
Megan Trainor's Bio
Megan joined the Lewellyn Technology Leadership Team as the human resource director in July of this year. She has extensive experience in all primary human resource functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, compliance, and payroll oversight. Her background includes both strategic leadership and hands-on application in the human resource function. She has been part of a leadership team that led a past employer to receive the prestigious Best Places to Work in Indiana award over multiple years. Megan’s a graduate of Purdue University and holds the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute.

Heidi Smith's Bio
As Director of Marketing, Heidi Smith is responsible for driving corporate positioning for SEAM Group, formerly Predictive Service through brand and global marketing initiatives. Additionally, her responsibilities include the styling, layout design and product launch of the company’s new mobile platform, ViewPoint On-Demand.
Over the past 14 years, Smith has held numerous marketing leadership roles, successfully developing award-winning marketing and sales strategies resulting in increased brand recognition and value in the marketplace. As president and owner of Magnolia Marketing, Smith was responsible for marketing initiatives for American Greetings; Life Equity, LLC; numerous law firms and manufacturing companies through digital marketing campaigns, e-commerce, website operations, search engine optimization strategies, project management and effective collaboration to improve client relations and retention rates. She was also instrumental with investor relations raising millions of dollars for the launch of a startup dot.com.
Prior to establishing Magnolia Marketing, Smith served as a senior project manager with Liggett Stashower, Inc., one of the leading advertising and public relations firms in the Midwest, managing The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, LLC’s luxury Cleveland hotel, Even Flo Company, Inc., The Sherwin-Williams Co., and Forest City Enterprises, Inc.
