Scope Of Work
Originally built by Kraus-Anderson in the 1920s, this historical offers luxury housing to the Loring Park neighborhood. The four-story, award-winning building, which was once home to Prince’s recording studio, now includes 75 apartment units, a fitness center/spa/yoga studio and common areas such as a courtyard, recreational room, wet bar and fireplace seating.
The preserved the building’s vintage charm while still incorporating a contemporary style and a sustainable approach. The skylight system and the original oversized windows flood the space with natural lighting and an open feel. The rooftop garden terrace gives its residents a view of the iconic skyline while the bike trails keep the residents connected to downtown Minneapolis. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
