Located in Downtown Hartford, the Element building at 250 Main Street is investing in and enhancing the popular, fast growing housing market in Connecticut’s capital.
They have taken on a major interior renovation to include their brand new lobby, leasing and management offices, a yoga studio, a gym with the latest technology including virtual workouts, and a common great room with luxury finishes and amenities.
Element has entrusted Axela Construction to collaborate and see this project through. With our extensive commercial interior fit-out experience, this renovation will come to fruition and be delivered with all expectations and goals met.
