Scope Of Work
Lydig completed this multi-project GC/CM program on the occupied high school campus. Constructed concurrently but phased for staggered completion, the project included a classroom addition, commons expansion and new gymnasium. The two-story classroom addition totaled 47,000 SF and provided 20 classrooms to meet the educational needs of the surrounding community. The commons expansion provided and additional 4,000 SF to the existing commons area and connected the existing main building and existing gym. The gymnasium addition project provided a new 24,000 SF auxiliary gym with a 2,000-seat capacity, additional practice courts, and expanded locker rooms.
