Scope Of Work

DLF Cyberpark perfectly exemplifies our ambition to make a transformative impact with the places that we create for work and leisure.

A rapidly growing market, India calls for project delivery that enables crunched timelines while continuously pushing the boundaries on improved quality and safety. Mace is equal to the task. Across all sectors and geographies, global best practice in health and safety is integral to how we deliver distinctive value to our clients.

Productivity. Transparency. Safety.

Completed in March 2021, our team delivered Cyberpark for Indian real estate developer DLF Ltd, safely, through seamless collaboration with supply chain partners L&T. The project team was awarded the Sword of Honour by the British Safety Council for its accomplishment.

The 3.6 million sq. ft. Cyberpark development, which is located off the bustling National Highway 8, less than 10 km from Delhi airport, comprises three distinct and inter-connected blocks. Each block offers an independent identity with amenities such as a crèche, gym and food court. Comprised of high glazing, the façade enables maximum natural light penetration through a minimum  footprint.

Mace was appointed Project Management Consultant (PMC) in 2016, taking the reins from a previous provider, and entrusted with managing the design consultants, monitoring main contractor performance, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, as well as liaising with government authorities to accelerate the delivery and mitigate against the risk of project delays.

In addition to the contemporary design, the development also boasts state-of-the-art elevators and a high-security entry system, as well as several key sustainability features. Half of the rainwater is harvested on site and landscape water demand is fully met by recycled water. Low water fixtures reduce the building’s overall water requirements by 45%. Furthermore, energy savings are incurred through energy efficient HVAC and lighting systems, as well solar PV panels which offset a quarter of the building’s energy costs.
