Scope Of Work
We did a COMPLETE renovation and restoration for this beautiful church off of Cheyenne! We started by removing and replacing the tower to add signange that would create a defined entrance to the church.
In the first chapel, we added a hard surface flooring in front, new carpet, and lowered the drop ceiling and rerouted the air conditioning duct work. We removed the accordion doors and created one entrance.
In the second chapel added a hard surface flooring in front, new carpet, and lowered the drop ceiling and rerouted the air conditioning duct work. We relocated the entrance doors to create better traffic flow and moved the access door for the family room to an adjacent wall. We also added a serving counter in the rear of the chapel.
We created two new arrangement rooms in the front of the facility. We relocated the administrative office to the center of the facility by combining two current offices. We also built the location manager and sales office in the current casket dispaly room.
The restrooms were restored and now are ADA compliant, expanded to accomodate guests and have new fixtures and partitions.
We created a "coffee bar" with an arch entrance completle with serving counters and cabinet lowers.
