Scope Of Work
After acquiring the necessary permits, we started by making sure to protect the floors. Then we removed the shelving on both sides of the lobby space and removed the existing reception desk. We went ahead and also built a brand new reception desk to replace the old one.
We constructed about 31 LF of partition wall to divide treatment areas and breakroom areas. We also installed electrical outlets for TVs in the waiting area.
We installed new bathroom accessories such as hand soap, paper towel and toilet paper dispensers.
We added new carpet to the treatment area and installed two TVs with mounting brackets. We also installed pre-fabricated two-door cabinets and two-door base cabinets with countertops.
Of course the entire office tape, float and paint was done as well.
