Scope Of Work
We finished a beautiful kitchen out here in Port Aransas! This project added a new view AND space to the house.
We started off by removing 35LF of cabinetry, countertops and backsplash and 26LF of partition walls. We removed an exterior doorway and created a window by the sink. We had to cut through concrete and relocate the sink and cooktop.
We also relocated electrical panels, the water heater, and all lights. We installed the moldings (crown and baseboard) and a solid surface quartz and countertop.
After finishing the island, cabinetry, tile and lights we placed back all the other appliances as well. We prepped, primed and repainted all the ceilings, walls, and living areas.
