Scope Of Work
Tapestry Tallahassee (the “Project”) was the conversion of a four story building constructed in 2003 to a 105 unit assisted living facility. An attached new addition was constructed for a 44-unit memory care facility, which included space for physical rehabilitation services. The total gross current building area is approximately 61,890 square feet with a new addition comprised of approximately 37,341 square feet. The site size is 3.09 acres. The assisted living units (the “Assisted Living Units”) are located in the renovated building; memory care units (the “Memory Care Units”) are located in the connected new construction building. The first floor of the newly constructed building contains commons spaces for the residents including access to a secured courtyard. The first floor provides spaces for physical rehabilitation services, which can be utilized by assisted living residents, memory care residents and the general public. The common area for both assisted living and memory care includes space for dining, activities and a wide range of amenities associated with senior living. Both assisted living residents and memory care residents have a priority in utilizing on-site rehabilitation services.
