Scope Of Work
This project included 132,500 sq. ft. of new construction and a remodel of 11,700 sq. ft. The new construction included Back of House (31,934 sq. ft.), Casino (36,298 sq. ft.), Convention Space (40,068 sq. ft.), Spa (8,000 sq. ft.), and, Equipment Room on Roof (4,500 sq. ft.). The structure consists of masonry basement walls, concrete columns and concrete deck up through ground level. The balance of the structure consists of structural steel, metalstuds, glazing and EIFS.
