Scope Of Work
General Contractor for Phase 4 of the 51,400 SF, 6-story Sunterra Resorts Embassy Vacation Resort timeshare property with an alpine style sloped structural steel roof. Work included 40-units, miscellaneous support space, parking lot expansion, and an upgrade of all landscaping for the entire property.
