Scope Of Work
This remodel of existing showroom, restaurant, casino and support areas (24,435 sq. ft.) converted the existing space into an upscale brewery, restaurant, lounge and showroom with associated new public and Back of House support areas. New construction included the addition of 2,880 sq. ft. of Back of House support area; a 1,422 sq. ft. outdoor patio dining and lounge area complete with trellis and service areas; the demolition of the existing seating area on the mezzanine and the reconstruction of a similar seating area totaling 2,945 sq. ft.; and, the addition of two escalators for access to the mezzanine from the casino floor.
