Scope Of Work
General Contractor for this new 14,700 SF building constructed in a ski lodge motif located at the top of the ski resort (9,150 FT) with limited access available. Project was under TRPA jurisdiction and followed all applicable mandates while being held to a fast-track schedule of 6 days/week for 6 months to facilitate occupancy for the 2010-2011 ski season.
