Scope Of Work
General Contractor for these new Sunterra Resorts high-end finish timeshare buildings. Phase 3 work included a 20,000-SF, 19-unit building with an activity/sales center, spa, and off-site improvements. Phase 4 work included a 52,800 SF building with 48-units each at 1,100 SF outfitted with high-end finishes.
