Scope Of Work
General Contractor for this new 3,900 SF, 2-story ski-in/ski-out HOA amenity building located at the NorthStar mid-mountain. Work included a grand living room area, media room, fitness facilities, locker rooms, pool deck, and spa all outfitted in custom high-end finishes.
