FRAN LORA has worked in construction since 1987 and
her dedication and hands on approach are invaluable to any project.
With twenty-nine years experience, she has worked as a Chief Financial
Officer, Project Administrator, Assistant Project Manager, and Accountant.
She has extensive knowledge of the intricacies of NYC and NYS
governmental-agency paper work and has worked on numerous commercial,
artistic, and residential projects.
Her skills include: interfacing with sub-contractors, construction
companies, and managers; supervision of office systems and field
operations; and overseeing all administrative relationships with
contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
