Welcome to Heritage Builders

Heritage Builders is a custom home builder that combines award-winning designs and years of experience to provide a better home building, and home buying, experience to our customers in and around Tyler, Lindale, and the East Texas area. We tailor our services and products to our clients’ desires, offering floor plans with innovative flex space options and the ability to personalize indoor and outdoor features.

With a genuine love for Lindale and the surrounding area, Heritage Builders’ goal as a local home builder has been to create beautiful, energy efficient homes while maintaining affordability to our clients. We go above and beyond standard building codes to create a better product for our customers. Our custom homes are sustainable as well as thoughtfully tailored to enhance daily life through aesthetic beauty and modern functionality. From estate homes built from the ground up to renovations and additions, we maintain quality craftsmanship. Whether you’re looking for a rustic cottage, an urban dwelling, a home with Tuscan touches, or any other type of style we will help your dream become a reality.

 GETTING STARTED

We will be glad assist you creating a set of plans, work with your current plans, or meet with your architect. Typically it is a good idea to consult with an experienced builder from the very beginning to determine feasibility. Once we have a general idea of what you would like to build and where we will be building, we’ll create a specification sheet and ensure the budget, timeline, and the needs of your lifestyle will align. Before reaching an agreement we will have a complete set of plans, allowances, and a detailed specification sheet. You will also have your personalized online management system created.

CONSTRUCTION

As soon as financing is in place and permits have been obtained we will break ground. Throughout construction we will have several meetings onsite. Between meetings and your online site we will communicate on a regular basis so that you have a thorough understanding of what is happening and to answer any questions you may have. Your web page allows you to: view new photos of construction on a weekly basis, approve all of your selections, approve any change orders, view construction documents including plans, and view weekly calendars. From concrete to clean up we’ll manage the whole process for you and ensure a great building experience.

KEYS PLEASE

After construction and final inspections we will walk through the home with you to make sure you have a good understanding of your home. You will be given a homeowner manual with information such as important numbers to call or appliance manuals. Your home will have a warranty for two years on all mechanicals and a structural warranty for ten years. Not only do we want to build you an exceptional home, but we also want to give you peace of mind.
